A refreshing turmeric smoothie with pineapple, banana and ginger
- 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 40ml agora turmeric spice concentrate
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or slow juiced ginger)
- Small squeeze of lemon
Garnish with turmeric and desiccated coconut (& a sprig of thyme if you like)
To thicken, add 1/4 avo if desired.
Add half a cup of ice if desired.
